LOVE’S DIVINE

Love’s Divine was commissioned by Stacy Renker for installation at Eisenhower Hospital. Inspired by Seal’s song “Love’s Divine,” the sculpture considers love as a force of healing, recognition, and transformation.

Across healing traditions, love is understood as a powerful form of human medicine. It creates an emotional field of gratitude, acknowledgment, acceptance, and validation—a place in which the body can soften and the spirit can begin to mend.

Love’s Divine gives that invisible force a physical presence. The figure stands as a reminder that to be loved is to be seen, and that through love we may become whole again.
